In-person Tuesday Yoga (mixed ability) Castle Hill

A class that combines yoga postures, pranayama exercises, mediation and relaxation. The practice will help to develop strength and flexibility within the body whilst also improving mental relaxation. Hatha classes are designed for mixed-ability level participants and provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to alignment and therapeutic benefits.
